Processing Time

Delivery Period

Taxes/Duties
All products sold by Transnovo do not include duties and taxes. Only the amount of the product and shipping costs will be charged for your order.
Please be aware that there may be extra customs fees due to the policy of different countries. The additional charges such as customs clearance fees, local shipping charges, or admin charges would be borne by you.

Tracking Package
After the tracking number comes out, it usually takes a few days(within 2-3 business days) for the new information to be updated. Please wait patiently.

Due to the special nature of international transportation, the update of package information will be delayed. When the package leaves the shipping country, the detailed tracking information will generally be updated when it arrives at the destination country.

Lost Package/Unusual Package

In the unfortunate event that an item is lost in transit, Transnovo will replace it at no cost to you, please contact our support team at: support@transnovo-tech.com.

Received Wrong Product

Email us immediately with your order ID and photos of the shipping label, the SKU model number on the product box, and the product itself. Send all photos to support@transnovo-tech.com.

Transnovo will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. And do not be supported to change the address once the package ships out. Please check your address when placing an order.
If you purchase multiple items in one order, Transnovo will ship them separately based on inventory and they may not arrive at the same time.
